UPDATE: All my iOS 14 devices now perform really badly in FaceTime. Continuous reconnecting/disconnecting or constant failure to connect. iOS 13 devices and MacBooks are working just fine in this respect.

If some images on a webpage suddenly fail to load in Safari on your #iOS14 devices, try switching off Lazy Image Loading from Settings – Safari – Advanced – Experimental Features. This might be a bug of the very first version.

The quickest way to update the firmware for your AirPods (Pro):

1. Put on AirPods and play music or other type of audio for at least 30 seconds;
2. Put the earbuds back into the charging case and close the cap;
3. Connect the charging case to power using a Lightning cable;
4. Wait 30 munutes and reconnect earbuds to your iOS device;
5. Check firmware version: Settings — General — About — Your AirPods (Pro).

As of today, the latest firmware for AirPods Pro and AirPods (Gen 2) is 3A283.

Thanks to decox123’s contribution, now I know how to solve the “VoiceTrigger is in use” error occurring when I was trying to empty the Trash on my Mac.

I was having the same issue and followed your recommendation and it worked for me too. Here are the exact steps I performed:

Disable System Integrity Protection
Click the  menu.
Select Restart…
Hold down Command-R to boot into the Recovery System.
Click the Utilities menu and select Terminal.
Type csrutil disable and press return.
Close the Terminal app.
Click the  menu and select Restart….

Login normally, then Empty the Trash Can

Re-Enable System Integrity Protection
Click the  menu.
Select Restart…
Hold down Command-R to boot into the Recovery System.
Click the Utilities menu and select Terminal.
Type csrutil enable and press return.
Close the Terminal app.
Click the  menu and select Restart….

All done….

I’ve bought my third MacBook Air (with AppleCare) in 10 years. While I love the new elements that are absent from my 2011 and 2015 models (Touch ID, more dynamic speakers, new Magic Keyboard with the refined scissor mechanism, larger Trackpad, the T2 chip, Retina display with True Tone technology, Thunderbolt 3, etc.), the newly installed macOS Catalina did inflict great pain on me – the new Mac just didn’t sync files to iCloud Drive. This has never happened to my MacBook Pro’s or iMac’s because iCloud data was already downloaded pre-Catalina. After I trawled through Google search results and the threads on Apple Community, it was totally clear this is a bug of macOS Catalina. If you’re buying a new Mac, DON’T SIGN IN WITH YOUR APPLE ID WHEN SETTING UP THE OS. Try skipping that part, and you’ll have the chance to activate iCloud at a later point in time. This could minimize the possibility of encountering serious delay or failure in syncing. That said, the 2020 MacBook Air is still a good buy. I bought the entry-level version because it would be enough for Internet surfing and light office use.

Apple Notes is a great app deserving our attention. It’s lightweight yet functional. iCloud makes it even more reliable and powerful. I wish I could have a website hosted on iCloud Drive with Apple Notes being the editor.
