Fully adapted to my CPAP machine, I need to fix my sleep schedule. I went to bed around 3 am for three consecutive days. While feeling a lot better due to the more than doubled sleeping hours since the start of CPAP therapy, I still believe a better sleep schedule will take my physical wellness to the next level.
