It took 9 days for @canadaposthelps to ship a parcel from Mississauga to Hamilton “due to external factors.” And the parcel ended up at some pickup location rather than got delivered to my doorstep, even when Amazon had asked them to make it to the doorstep with a phone call and specific written instructions in the address lines. I’m home 24/7, and no one called or knocked. I’ve no idea why @canadapostcorp still exists when all the other carriers are doing excellent jobs.
